Founder of Gemini Labs and Gemini Fund, Andrew brings two decades of experience in product strategy, creative direction, and innovation leadership. He has launched and scaled human-first technologies across healthcare, sustainability, and digital systems—building and advising startups and Fortune 500s alike.

Kristian Bouw
Chief Science Officer
Kristian is an award-winning technologist and systems architect specializing in XR, AI, and simulation. He has delivered scalable, real-time solutions for global brands and healthcare innovators, including Intel, FedEx, and Abbott. As founder of NotionTheory, his work spans immersive training, data platforms, and next-gen interfaces.

Daniel Tierney, FACHE, PMP, CHCIO
Chief Operations Officer
Daniel is a former military healthcare CIO and federal health IT strategist. With experience leading large-scale programs across clinical technology, cybersecurity, and system modernization, he ensures Kairos maintains operational excellence across public and private engagements.
